CPA Perry P Gambrell Jr of Flagler County was interviewed by myself at Flagler Palm Coast High School to gain more insight on his occupation. I began with basic questions about entrepreneurship and how it has grown over the years here, in Flagler County. He believes due to the lack of employers in Flagler County the amount of entrepreneurs has increased. The students in Business Management and Law class and I have been learning a lot about entrepreneurship and all the benefits. Mr.Perry attended Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee, and then took his skills to Georgia and worked in a tax firm there before moving to Florida. He began to create his own name and brand as a CPA and till this day he still has clients in Georgia that use his services. While interviewing, students and I at FPC learned so much to keep with them regarding entrepreneurship!
Entrepreneurs create their own schedules and choose when and where they want to work! Mr.Perry creates his own time still working 40 hours a week and having plenty of time to do what he wants to do! He had worked for a tax firm but had become tired of the same schedule and left with tons of influenced clients that followed him here in Florida ! Mr. Perry was all smiles when being interviewed he is a real genuine and caring person who loves what he does for a living, this goes to show the positive influence entrepreneurship has on the people! The positive vibes and interest he put on the students here was unbelievable, he is a person who likes to put his clients first before himself and that's something that left a mark on myself. I am so grateful to have had the experience to interview with him and want to thank him for the great insight I have now that I had not had before.
