My Weichert Experience

Weichert Realtors is not only statewide, but a Nationwide cooperation. Its top franchise is Weichert Realtors Hallmark Properties which has 20 real estate offices in Florida, with over 900 realtors. We met with Danielle Pierro who started in real estate in May of 2013 and is now a top producer in the Palm Coast office. She sees Flagler County as the “hidden gem”. She enjoys working with clients as she helps them sell their property and connecting with families looking for a home. Real Estate is something Danielle is passionate about. We asked Danielle a variety of questions about real estate and entrepreneurship and we managed to summarize all of her answers into this article.
To some, transitioning into a real estate agent can be quite the challenge. From what I’ve read on the Weichert website, they have a very unique way of expressing their hard work and dedication. With the vast amount of real estate agencies in Florida, none can be compared to the works of Weichert. Weichert realtors has been around since 1969. Over those years, they have been gradually increasing into a bigger and better real estate business. Weichert realtor has grown over the past years by putting their customers first and working with them in multiple ways.
When becoming a real estate agent there is a process you have to go through. First you have to take a course, then pass the test and finally, take a state exam. There are College courses available but no college degree required when becoming a real estate agent. However, a real estate license is needed to pursue a career in real estate. According to Danielle , “What makes a good realtor is knowing and finding the type of home the customer is looking for.” Knowing what the client wants makes the home that much easier to find, which will speed up the buying process. The ideal customer for a real estate agent is someone who knows exactly what they are looking for. Real estate agents should find ways to connect with their clients, and build a strong relationship with them in order for the process to further in a positive way. Being a real estate agent includes having interpersonal skills, effective communication, and being able to self manage .
One of the best ways to get a client interested is an invitation to open house events. Real estate agents are responsible for showing clients around the property, which increases the chances of a beneficial outcome for both the client, and agent. Danielle states “What has made me a successful realtor is my extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and always being there for my customers through the entire process”.
In conclusion, although real estate can be full of stress, countless phone calls, and emails. The internet plays a major role in the day-to-day happenings of the real estate industry. You’d never spot a real estate agent without their cellular device, especially because a phone is important to carry around to answer phone calls from, bosses, clients, and new customers. Real estate is a career that you can learn life-long valuable information, ideas, and practices from. Weichert realtors have been in this industry for over 50 years to train their agents into providing the best quality customer service, and delivering your ultimate ideal home selling and purchasing experience.
